Ryan Paradis is responsible for building and scaling the firm’s investor relations infrastructure to support continued growth. He focuses on creating efficient, repeatable processes and elevating the overall client experience through streamlined operations and data-driven insights.

Ryan brings over a decade of experience across investor relations, operations, and financial services, with a strong foundation in real estate and alternative investments. Prior to joining Lightstone DIRECT, he held roles at Pretium Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, and Guggenheim Partners, where he focused on investor communications, capital raising support, and enhancing the client experience. Earlier in his career, Ryan spent time at Citco Fund Services and J.P. Morgan Chase, developing a deep understanding of fund operations, client servicing, and financial markets. This breadth of experience enables him to deliver strategic, relationship-driven solutions tailored to the evolving needs of investors.
